The Argo Cranial Access program is an annual course aimed at SET 2 to SET 6 Neurosurgical Registrars. It includes an interactive afternoon reviewing surgical neuroanatomy and pathophysiology, followed by a course dinner featuring case discussions presented by an experienced Faculty. A cadaver lab is held the following day, during which the Faculty will be working with participants on surgical approaches relating to the skull and brain. The following approaches will be covered - Orbitozygomatic, Pterional, Retrosigmoid, Intraventricular and Transphenoidal.
Was a very good course, the cadavers were prepared very well, all of the instructors were superb, the product Demos were fantastic. The best by far was the experience with the endoscope. The ability to experience different methods and techniques on the skull was also great.
